My strategy
step 1
fundamental analysis
Fundamental analysis uses I to select  AEX and AMX shares  from which I on my watch-list place.  Shares must meet certain criteria to be taken.
Profit by share:  analysts expect the coming two years a clear increase of wpa, more than at the competitors;
Dividend : analysts expecting  coming two years a higher dividend;
rate profit ratio: the ratio has been line-enjoyed lower than at
dividend output: the output has been line-enjoyed similar or higher than at:

Example: Ordina

2007

watch-list
My current Watch-list include:
of the AEX: ABN-AMRO, Buhrmann, Hagemeyer, ING, Numico, Philips, Vedior and Wolters Kluwer
of the AMX: Corus, Ordina, Randstad, Stork and USG People
step 2
Trend Indication
Using analysis of day/week-graphs  and trend indications such as the weighted average I stipulate the recent development and the phase  of the share.
I use for this both the method described by Larry Williams in its book lung term secrets to short-term trading and the Stadium method described by Marcel Rila.
The recent development is top rising, neutral, decreasing, or makes bottomformation
step 3
long position open
To decide to open a positon I use the following rules:
- recent development  in the week graph is rising;
- recent development in the day graph makes bottomformation;
- the RSI in the day graph are oversold (30 or  lower);
- at the DMI in the day graph the green line under the red line is and forms the green line a floor;

Example
step 4
1e stop-loss
The stop is  ½% lower than the lowest rate of the bottomformation in the day graph.

Example
step 5
investment
To manage risks I use a  moneymanagement approach. To decide the size of my position I use the following rules
- risk never more than 2% of the capital by transaction;
- the difference between  buy price and 1st stop price is maximum loss.
- to decide the number of shares by means of:
           - total capital;
           - risk percentage;
           - maximum loss;

Calculate
step 6
close position
For closing my position I use the following rules
- never reduce a stop-loss if  the recent  trend development in the opposed direction;
- by raising stop-loss let profit run;
- place a stop not too narrow differently these is too rapidly touched;
- by profit, place a new stop if  a new bottom formation has been formed on the day graph by a rising recent trend;
- place a stop if the rate breaks through resistance on the day graph
